Our leadership training program is designed to cultivate the next generation of changemakers. We focus on developing core competencies such as self-awareness, ethical decision-making, and collaborative problem-solving. Youth engage in experiential learning through workshops, service projects, and public speaking opportunities that challenge them to think critically.

Leadership Training Program: Applicant Qualifications

  • Applicants must be 17 years or older at the time of application.
  • Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Transcripts or official grade reports will be required.
  • Willingness to engage in self-reflection, goal-setting, and constructive feedback.
  • Must submit a personal statement outlining leadership goals and motivation for joining the program.
  • Active involvement in community service, youth initiatives, or social impact projects.
  • At least one letter of recommendation from a teacher, counselor, mentor, or community leader describing how you will benefit from this training program.
